Once a mixer location is booked there can be no changes made. The time, location or date cannot be rescheduled. Millionaire’s Club does not refund payments. The mixer cannot be transferable to another person or replaced for any other Millionaire’s Club service.
Termination of membership by a member must be sent via email, text or registered mail. If an email or text comes from registered member this will be accepted as a membership termination. Voice mail messages will not be accepted. Once the termination is in effect the membership cannot be reinstated or transferable to another person. Please note if you would like another membership after termination the member will be responsible for the new membership fee and it must be paid in full to start the activation of the membership. Member’s inappropriate conduct or behavior or behavior that is otherwise detrimental to the interests of Millionaire’s Club, as determined solely by Millionaire’s Club is cause for Termination.
The membership is activated from the date the payment is processed. If a member does not use the membership, it is non transferable and we do not issue prorated refunds. We have a no refund policy for the reason that a majority of the Matchmakers work is done at the beginning of every clients contract. If a client decides to renew at any time they will have to pay in full the program fee.

Upon occurrence of a force majeure event (defined below), Millionaires Club shall promptly notify YOU that a force majeure event has occurred (“FM Start Date”). Both parties agree that neither party is responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract during the force majeure event.
When the force majeure event has ended (“FM End Date”), WE will extend the term of your matchmaking agreement by the number of days between the FM Start Date and the FM End Date.
An event of force majeure is an event or circumstance which is beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the party affected and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence the party affected was unable to prevent provided that event or circumstance is limited to the following:
(a) riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not) acts of terrorism, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection of military or usurped power, requisition or compulsory acquisition by any governmental or competent authority;
(b) ionizing radiation or contamination, radio activity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio active toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive assembly or nuclear component;
(c) pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds;
(d) earthquakes, flood, fire or other physical natural disaster, but excluding weather conditions regardless of severity; and
(e) strikes at national level or industrial disputes at a national or interstate level.
(f) pandemics, epidemics, other infectious outbreaks or public health emergencies.
In the event of section (f) above, Millionaires Club expressly deny any liability if you are infected by another Member.
